30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. If Krew isn't right for you, we'll give you your money back.

1. Free Trial

Krew offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you have full access to explore the platform and its features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded automatically.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and decide Krew isn't the right fit within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to your first subscription payment only. Simply email us at support@usekrew.com with your account email address.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
  • You can resubscribe at any time

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • First payment within 30 days (money-back guarantee)
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 48 hours in a billing period
  • Charges after account cancellation

Not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 30 days from payment
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Account suspended due to abuse

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions can be cancelled but are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual term.

6. Plan Changes

Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for the current period.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in immediate account termination.
